Store Supply Warehouse referral program Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to your participation in the Store Supply Warehouse Referral Program on storesupply.com (“Program”).  By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with and consent to these terms.

Store Supply Warehouse reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time for any reason, within its sole and exclusive discretion, without prior notice or communication.

Who Can Participate?

You must be a resident of one of the countries where the Program is offered. Participants must be 18 years or older. Individuals may not participate in the Program where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable law or regulations. The Referrer must be an existing Store Supply Warehouse customer.

What is a Qualified Referral?

Subject to the sole discretion of Store Supply Warehouse, a Referrer may earn 5% off its next order for each Qualified Referral. A Qualified Referral is defined by the following:

a. The person referred (“Friend”) must be a new Store Supply Warehouse customer who has never opened an account with Store Supply Warehouse.

b. Store Supply Warehouse gives each Friend a one-time 5% discount on their first purchase as a new customer of Store Supply Warehouse. Once the Friend’s first purchase is complete and shipped, a one-time 5% discount will be earned by the Referrer for use on its next order.  Only one 5% discount can be used per order and referral discounts cannot be combined.

c. Friends must visit storesupply.com via the referral link and create an account in order to earn the one-time, first-purchase 5% off discount.

d. Only one Qualified Referral can be earned for each Friend.

e. A Friend may only use one referral link. If the Friend receives referral links from multiple Referrers, only the corresponding Referrer of the invite link used by the Friend will receive the one-time discount.

f. Discounts earned under the Program may not be combined with other referral programs or incentives given by Store Supply Warehouse.

What methods can you use to send referrals to storesupply.com?

a. Share on your social networks

b. Email

c. Word of mouth

d. Add links on your website(s)

(Store Supply Warehouse does not allow the use of paid search campaigns that include any branded terms of Store Supply Warehouse or any of its partners or SSW related companies.)

No fraudulent activity, or illegal participation

Store Supply Warehouse reserves the right to void referrals, discounts, and rewards earned if we suspect that they were obtained in a fraudulent manner, in a manner that violates these terms, or in a manner otherwise not intended by Store Supply Warehouse. Likewise, you agree that you will not participate in this Program in a threatening, abusive, illegal, or fraudulent manner.

We will send you emails about the Program

By participating in this Program, you consent to receive email communications from Store Supply Warehouse regarding your participation in the Program.  You may receive emails about this Program, including each time one of your Friends joins through your referral link and/or when that transaction is confirmed by Store Supply Warehouse.

You release us from liability

By participating in the Program either as a Referrer or Friend, you hereby agree that Store Supply Warehouse will have no liability whatsoever, and that you will indemnify and hold Store Supply Warehouse and any subsidiary companies harmless, for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury, or damage to you, your property, or any other person or entity or their property due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of your participation in the Program. You will not settle any claim made by a third party related to the Program without the prior written consent of Store Supply Warehouse. Further, you agree that Store Supply Warehouse is not liable or responsible regarding any faulty referral links, any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in transmission, order processing, or communication, technical or mechanical malfunctions, errors in these terms or in any Program-related materials, human-processing error, failures of electronic equipment, computer hardware or software, damage to your equipment, computer hardware or software, or inaccurate information, whether caused by equipment, programming, human error, or otherwise.

Program Changes or Termination

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Program either temporarily or permanently (or any part thereof) at any time, without notice or communication to Program participants. Modification or termination of the Program may lead to the forfeiture of discounts or rewards earned through the Program.  We will not be liable to you in the event of any modification, suspension, or termination of the Program.  We reserve the right to exclude or disqualify any individual at any time from participation in the Program if they do not comply with or consent to these guidelines or Store Supply Warehouse’s Terms and Conditions of Service.

Privacy

By participating in this Program, you will submit personal information about yourself and your Friends, such as names and e-mail addresses.  All information collected in the Program will be subject to the Store Supply Warehouse Privacy Policy.
